 VICHERBS PRESENTS
SPECIAL EVENT:
ROYAL BOTANICAL GARDENS
HERB GARDEN TOUR

Join us this February for a special event at the Royal Botanical Gardens Melbourne where we will be making the most of the warm summer nights by holding out upcoming gathering outdoors in the gorgeous surroundings of the Herb Garden.

The Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria (RBGV) has invited VicHerbs members to take a tour of the living Herb Collection at the Melbourne garden site with Horticulturist and Herb Collection curator Renee Wierzbicki. The collection dates back to the 1890’s and contains many medicinal plants. The tour will touch on the history and herbal medicine connections of the collection, explore some interesting plants, growing herbs for medicine, and what resources the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria can offer.
