Anna is responsible for providing office administrative support, accounts payable and receivable, maintaining contact with colleges offering industry-related courses, and maintaining the corporate member obligations with a particular emphasis on the AJHM. Anna has been an active member of the NHAA for 9 years while practicing as a Naturopath and Herbalist in the Greater Western suburbs of Sydney.

Clair's main responsibilities are processing new memberships and renewals, updating the membership database and any member related inquiries. Clair is also a practicing naturopath and Buteyko practitioner who has a clinic in Bowral NSW. Her main areas of interest within naturopathy are womens and children’s health. Clair is passionate about re-educating adults and children about choosing a healthy enjoyable lifestyle and eating delicious wholesome foods. When not working, Clair is usually cooking something delicious for her family or is outside getting back to nature.

Claire is responsible for overall financial function of NHAA including P&L analysis, management reporting and budgeting.
Claire has more than 10 years post qualification experience in financial and management accounting including transactional processing for month end and year end reporting, analysis of P&L, process and financial system improvement, forecasting and budgeting, training and mentoring staff and overseeing daily operation of finance function. Claire’s most recent experience is with multinational medical devices companies as a management accountant.
Claire is a member of Chartered Practicing Accountants.

Lorraine has a background in administration, which she has combined with 23 years practice as a Professional Homeopath in the Macarthur area. She worked for many years at the Australian Register of Homeopaths (AROH) undertaking Health Fund and CPD compliance and executive support to the Board of Directors.
Lorraine has 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren and a love of travelling, both locally and overseas.
Works remotely
Susan is a clinical naturopath in a gynecology and obstetrics group practice, a lecturer and clinical supervisor at Endeavour College and an adjunct research fellow at NICM, Western Sydney University. Susan’s PhD investigated the role of naturopathy in the management of women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and contributed to building the evidence base for naturopathic clinical practice. Susan is a member of the NHAA, ARONAH and the Fertility Society of Australia.
